Currently, Mineral Token is seeking strong candidates for the following positions:

  • This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our products, ensuring we maintain our position as an industry leader.

    Pay Range

    Key Responsibilities

    - Technical Leadership:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire engineering function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

    • Drive innovation and maintain a forward-thinking approach to technology trends and emerging tools, particularly in blockchain and cryptocurrency.

    • Understand and navigate the complexities of financial markets, including trading, hedge funds, market making, and exchanges.

    - Team Development:

    • Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    • Implement effective talent development strategies to ensure the team's growth and scalability.

    - Product Development and Execution:

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including traders and financial analysts, to define and execute the product roadmap, meeting aggressive timelines and quality standards.

    • Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

    - Technology Stack and Architecture:

    • Define and implement scalable, robust, and secure technical architectures that support the company's growth trajectory.

    • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance product development efficiency and effectiveness.

    - Operational Excellence:

    • Implement best practices for agile development, DevOps, and CI/CD processes to ensure rapid and reliable delivery of high-quality software.

    • Drive operational excellence in areas such as system performance, reliability, and scalability.

    - Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with the executive team to contribute to overall business strategy and provide insights on how technology can be a differentiator in the market.

    • Drive the technology roadmap to support both short-term goals and long-term vision.

    - Founder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with our founder, who is the product owner and creator of the token, to align engineering efforts with the company's vision.

    • Gain access to and collaborate directly with the founder to accelerate product development and market readiness.

    • Leverage the existing market cap in the billions to fuel further growth and meet increasing market demand.

    - AI and Data Intelligence:

    • Utilize AI alongside Humint (Human Intelligence) and SigInt (Signals Intelligence) to monitor global commodity processes, prices, and threats.

    • Implement new machine learning processes to scale operations efficiently, reducing the need for human intervention.

    • Drive initiatives in AI to improve the predictive analytics and automated decision-making capabilities of our platforms.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams in hyper-growth environments.

    • Track record of successful delivery of complex, high-impact products and solutions, especially within the blockchain or fintech industry.

    • Deep understanding of technology trends, software architecture, and engineering best practices.

    • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop top-tier talent.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • Expertise in AI, machine learning, and data intelligence to scale processes efficiently.

    • Oversee and manage internal teams across various functions including Legal, HR, Finance, and more.

    • Take initiative to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions to drive continuous improvement.

    - Vendor and Partner Management:

    • Oversee relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring service delivery meets company standards and expectations.

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize vendor performance and cost-efficiency.

    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.

    - Team Development and Management:

    • Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

    - Legal and Compliance Oversight:

    - Human Resources Management:

    - Financial Oversight:

    - Risk Strategy and Leadership:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and regulatory requirements.

    • Provide strategic leadership and guidance on risk-related matters to the executive team and board of directors.

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management frameworks and make necessary adjustments to ensure robustness.

    - Global Asset Tracking:

    • Oversee the tracking and management of global assets, including minerals in the ground, ensuring accurate valuation and reporting.

    • Implement advanced tracking systems and technologies to monitor asset locations, conditions, and market values.

    - Leverage and Trading Risk:

    • Analyze and manage risks associated with leverage and trading activities, particularly within centralized exchanges (CEX).

    • Develop risk metrics and models to assess potential exposure and ensure adherence to risk limits.

    • Collaborate with trading teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and optimize trading performance.

    - Liquidity Pool Risk Management:

    • Monitor and manage risks associated with our own liquidity pools.

    • Work closely with our liquidity pool ecosystem, including hedge funds, banks, and other financial institutions, to assess and mitigate risks.

    • Ensure effective risk management practices are in place for liquidity provision and withdrawal processes.

    - Client Risk Management:

    • Evaluate and manage risks tied to clients’ mineral assets and trading activities.

    • Ensure comprehensive due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing clients.

    • Develop client-specific risk profiles and implement tailored risk management plans.

    - Personnel and Key Man Risk:

    • Identify and mitigate risks related to personnel, including key man risks.

    • Develop and implement succession planning and risk mitigation strategies for critical roles within the organization.

    - Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, including those related to cryptocurrency trading and asset management.

    • Stay informed about regulatory changes and advise the executive team on potential impacts and necessary actions.

    - Operational Risk:

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across all business functions.

    • Implement risk controls and procedures to minimize the likelihood and impact of operational disruptions.

    - Data and Analytics:

    • Leverage data analytics and intelligence tools to monitor risk indicators and trends.

    • Experience with centralized exchanges (CEX) and cryptocurrency trading environments.

    • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement complex risk models.

    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related field.

    • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial and cryptocurrency sectors.
